Cancellation Penalties

CANCELLATION SCHEDULE:

Here’s an overview of our cancellation schedule:

- **74 to 61 Days before Sailing**: Cancel with a 50% penalty per guest. *(Between May 7, 2026 and May 20, 2026)*

- **60 to 31 Days before Sailing**: Cancel with a 75% penalty per guest. *(Between May 21, 2026 and June 19, 2026)*

- **30 Days to Day of Sailing**: Cancel with a 100% penalty per guest. *(Between June 20, 2026 and July 20, 2026)*

Travelers Must Have Proper Travel Documents

For international travel, excluding cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT.
For cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS must have a VALID PASSPORT or original certified birth certificate w/raised seal and photo ID. NON-U.S. CITIZENS and RESIDENT ALIENS should contact their respective embassies and U.S. Immigration for applicable regulations.

Deposit Requirements

It is the traveler's responsibility to determine the correct deposit amount. The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler. Naturally, you can give your agent a call with any question.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

🗓️ **Initial Deposit**: To hold your spot in the group, an initial deposit of $50 per person is due no later than June 16, 2025. Don't miss out on this opportunity to be part of something extraordinary!

🗓️ **Second Deposit**: The excitement continues! To secure your cabin, a second deposit of $100 per person is due by October 27, 2025. Please ensure that ALL travelers in the cabin provide their full names and dates of birth exactly as they appear on your travel documentation.

🗓️ **Final Payment**: The countdown to your adventure wraps up with the **final payment** due by **April 30, 2026**. Make sure you're ready to embark!
